The Role:

Trend Micro is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our channel team. The partner ecosystem is rapidly evolving, with managed services, MSSPs becoming crucial for technology adoption, consumption, and end-user security. This role will focus on owning our UK&I strategy for managed service partners, including MSSPs, SOC partners, and system integrators.


In This Role, The Person Is Responsible To:

  • Integrate Trend Micro into existing partner-offered managed services and collaborate with partners to develop new services.
  • Identify and onboard new partners (local System Integrators, SOC-Partners, Consulting Partners) within Trend Micro's strategic alliances ecosystems.
  • Enable and support these new partners in implementing Trend Micro's strategic solutions.
  • Develop and expand relationships with existing partners.
  • Build, execute, and manage joint go-to-market activities and business plans with partners.
  • Achieve predetermined business objectives and identify additional revenue potential within strategic areas.
  • Provide consulting and support to partners in specific sales cycles and market activities.
  • Facilitate connections between new partners within Trend Micro.
  • Collect and communicate partner feedback to internal stakeholders, such as product management.
  • Represent Trend Micro as a spokesperson at events and trade shows.


You Are:

  • Results-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated and capable of overcoming obstacles
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Quick learner with a desire to stay ahead
  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups at shows and events
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision


You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar field
  • Strong network across the UK/Ireland partner ecosystem
  • Knowledge of Managed Services, Managed Security Services, and SOC
  • Ability to articulate value proposition and possess a technical understanding of SOC, Cloud, Datacentre, and Security topics
  • Experience in strategic alliance management and working with system integrators
  • Proven track record of sales success and consistently achieving or exceeding MBOs or quotas
  • Comfortable working with top management of new partners
