    About the Role and Client:

    We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Order Processing Administrator to join their growing team. You’ll work closely with the SOP Manager to ensure efficient fulfilment of customer orders and maintain excellence in customer satisfaction across all value streams.

    Responsibilities:

  • Keep customers updated through to resolution on any issues raised

  • Process customer orders on IFS

  • Crosstrain to ensure continuity during colleague absences

  • Respond to customer queries via email or phone promptly

  • Update pricing details on product records

  • Provide administration support to internal teams and customers

  • Liaise with Sales representatives and other departments regarding new orders

  • Maintain and update the sales order book

  • Manage incoming calls and emails

  • Ensure daily orders are dispatched on time

  • Handle website enquiries

  • Maintain company databases accurately

  • Collaborate with other departments for smooth business operations

    Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in computer-based sales order processing (preferably IFS)

  • Good communication and telephone skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

  • Polite and professional manner

  • Desire to exceed customer expectations

  • Previous sales admin experience is desirable

  • IFS experience is advantageous
