➡️Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Administration:Oversee configurations, lead scoring, routing, and campaign tracking within Salesforce.
• Marketing Automation:Develop and optimize nurturing programs with tools like Pardot or HubSpot.
• BDR Tooling & AI Integration:Utilize tools like SalesLoft and next-gen AI for enhanced lead management and analytics.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:Create dashboards to track KPIs, campaign ROI, and lead conversion rates.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with sales and IT to optimize data alignment and lead flow.
• Process Optimization:Drive efficiency through continuous improvement of marketing and sales processes.

➡️What We’re Looking For:

• 2-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, ideally within a B2B environment.
• Proven Salesforce CRM expertise (certifications are a plus!).
• Proficiency in data analysis and marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
• Experience in cybersecurity or services industries.
