What You’ll Be Doing as the L2 SOC Analyst:

  • Advanced Threat Detection & Response: Lead response on escalated incidents using tools like Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, and Azure. You'll investigate, contain, and resolve threats – not just pass them along.

  • Vulnerability Management & Triage: Dig into vulnerability data, prioritise what matters, and work with clients and teams to patch the gaps before attackers find them.

  • Strategic Security Support: Work closely with the Head of Security to deliver best practice guidance and help refine security processes and playbooks.

  • MSP Environment, Real Impact: You’ll be working in a fast-paced MSP setting, so agility, client communication, and solid judgment are essential. Your work won’t disappear into a black hole; you’ll see the real impact it has on clients’ security posture.

    What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years' experience in a SOC environment, ideally within an MSP

  • Strong knowledge of M365 security, Microsoft Defender, Azure, and Sentinel

  • Ability to manage and resolve escalated alerts independently

  • A collaborative mindset and confidence working directly with clients and leadership
