Japanese speaking PMO - Compliance & Financial Crime - What You'll be Doing:

  • Project experience for Compliance and Financial Crime

  • Oversight & Monitoring. Challenge and validate data in plan view including status, progress, milestones, RAIDs and Financials, driving action with PM’s to correct and manage information.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Support portfolio lead to resolve issues and control the Portfolio.

  • Undertake Project Reviews / Health Checks Facilitate weekly Working Group (Portfolio lead and all PM’S) review and sharing of status / progress on all projects including prep

  • Portfolio Committees including pack production, meeting schedule, minutes and actions, attendees / distribution lists

    Japanese speaking PMO - Compliance & Financial Crime - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Demonstrable practical experience with demand and financial planning required, previous experience with PMO/PLC processes and controls beneficial

  • Japanese Language skills beneficial

  • Extensive knowledge and insight in cybersecurity, , along with proven experience in providing proactive support to project management teams.

  • Information security knowledge, Designing and executing compliance & Financial crime strategies strategies and countermeasures

  • Developing and implementing cybersecurity initiatives and protocols
