Summary:
We are seeking a talented IT Infrastructure Manager to join our dynamic team in the Information Technology department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies and plans
Manage and monitor network infrastructure, servers, and storage systems
Ensure the security and integrity of IT infrastructure
Lead a team of IT professionals to support infrastructure needs
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of IT infrastructure with business goals
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT infrastructure management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Proven experience in IT infrastructure management
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, and storage systems
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure projects

Experience in leading a team of IT professionals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals
Proven track record of successful infrastructure management
Office 365 Cloud (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
