Internal Auditor – ISO Standards and Compliance
Internal Job Title: Process Assurance Auditor
Location: Office based (Lostock Gralam, Northwich, CW9 7UA), with possibility to work from home 2 days a week.
Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday
Join our team as a Process Assurance Auditor and play a key role in ensuring excellence across our organisation. You’ll conduct and document internal audits against our current suite of ISO certifications (ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 20000 Service, ISO 22301 Business Continuity, ISO 27001 Information Security, ISO 14001 Environmental Management) Health and Safety and Environmental legal registers. In addition to internal audit, the role supports the Process Assurance function by providing administrative and organisational support.
Beyond audits, you’ll support the Process Assurance function with essential administrative and organisational tasks, contributing to the integrity and efficiency of our systems.

As Process Assurance Auditor you will…

  • Ensure compliance with Comms-care suite of ISO standards, Health and Safety and Environmental legal registers, other legal requirements as required.
  • Plan, conduct and document internal audits against our Integrated Management System and Health and Safety and Environmental legal registers
  • Plan, conduct and document desk top reviews with interested parties
  • Concise note taking during meetings and associated write-ups
  • Assist with planning of external audits
  • Assist host, or act as host during the external audit
  • Monitoring and reporting on internal and external audit actions
  • Maintain and develop professional knowledge in relation the current a future Comms-care ISO Certifications
  • Provide administrative support
  • Additional ad-hoc tasks for various Comms-care, Ingram Micro departments
    In order to set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience…
  • Lead auditor qualified, preferably against ISO 9001
  • An understanding of our suite of ISO certifications
  • A basic understanding of Health and Safety and Environmental legislation in relation to an IT services provider
  • Affective communication at all levels
  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage own workload / time effectively
  • Ability to identify company risk through internal audit
