Are you an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with a passion for designing and maintaining secure and efficient infrastructure solutions? We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join an established, dynamic IT department, in which you will play a key part in ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of ICT infrastructure across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of core ICT infrastructure, including cloud platforms, servers, networking, and security systems.
Implement and manage security measures, including firewalls, antivirus, SIEM platforms, and network access control in collaboration with the Information Security team.
Develop and test disaster recovery plans to ensure minimal disruption during incidents. Ensure effective system backup and replication strategies are in place.
Work alongside key stakeholders to plan infrastructure improvements, ensuring scalability and minimal business disruption.
Regularly assess and enhance infrastructure efficiency through proactive maintenance and system updates.
Support IT policy documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and governance frameworks.What We're Looking For:

Essential Skills & Experience:

Strong expertise in Active Directory, Federation Services, Exchange, and Microsoft Server environments.
Experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies such as Entra ID and Azure.
Proficiency in virtualization platforms (Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware).
Knowledge of networking, including routers, firewalls, TCP/IP.
Familiarity with backup and replication solutions such as Veeam.
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, including multi-factor authentication systems and SIEM platforms.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
A full UK driving license
