A respected public sector organisation is looking to appoint an established Infrastructure Analyst/Developer to join their established team. This role will require two days per week working from offices based in the Devon, with the rest of the week remote working.

You will be part of a team supporting, developing and maintaining infrastructure across networking and connectivity, cyber security, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 etc, working with both on-premise and cloud based products. You will be working between the Infrastructure Support Engineer and Business Analysts and will provide support across both disciplines. It is essential for this role that you have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Essential Skills:

• Working in a similar IT role providing infrastructure support
  
  
• Strong networking experience and solid understanding of the mechanisms of networking
  
  
• VMware and ideally a relevant certification
  
  
• Sophos cybersecurity or similar
  
  
• Working in both on-premise and cloud based infrastructure environments
  
  
• Microsoft Exchange/Exchange Online
  
  
• Office 365
  
  
• Knowledge of SQL Server
  
  
• Solid understanding of business processes and business analytics
  
  
• An understanding of virtualisation technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V etc
  
  
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
