Information Security Engineer needed to join the team for a client based in Tower Bridge.

Onsite 5 days a week.MUST BE BASED IN A COMMUTIABLE DISTACNE TO TOWER BRIGDE IN LONDON

Must have a solid 5+ years progressive IT related work experience, of which 3+ years are in Information Security related roles and patching and software packaging and distribution with in the Financial sector.

You will be responsible for securing endpoints (ie, desktops, laptops, virtual desktops, mobile devices) via the use of proper security solutions and processes. The role is responsible for administration of solutions used to deploy, monitor, and report on security updates and upgrades for both Operating Systems and 3rd party applications.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for Windows and Mac endpoint operating system vulnerability remediation patch management using SCCM and Intune.

Responsible for 3rd party application patch deployments using Patch My PC.

Performs upgrades of non-compliant Windows and Mac operating system versions

Packaging and deployment of off the shelf and proprietary applications using SCCM and Intune.

Ensures compliance with all relevant corporate and company-wide initiatives through applicable IT service, support and development activities, Internal Financial Reporting Controls, Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery, Information Se...
