Role Overview
Our client is looking for an IAM Engineer to join their team to elevate the efficiency, security, and scalability of advanced Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. You’ll work on enhancing modern cloud-based identity systems, collaborating across departments to deliver solutions that meet industry-leading standards.
Key Collaborations
Reporting to the IAM Service Owner, you’ll be a key part of the team that supports identity services for IT systems and business functions, either directly or via task management systems.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and manage identity services aligned with cloud-first principles.
Design and implement access policies, role-based controls (RBAC), privileged identity/access solutions, conditional access, SSO, SAML, SCIM, and HR workflows via joiner-mover-leaver (JML) processes.
Strengthen authentication and authorisation frameworks.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for policies and controls.What You’ll Do
Partner with internal teams to assess IAM needs and deliver customized solutions compliant with global standards.
Apply and uphold global identity standards across various identity types while contributing to security controls and best practices
