We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. As a Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our sales and technical teams to communicate our value proposition and expand our market reach.

Requirements

  • Take the lead and responsibility for our marketing activities.
  • Adopt a data-driven approach to deliver success.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Talanos and our services.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create compelling content that highlights our expertise and differentiates us from competitors.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work with external marketeers, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Coordinate and execute events, webinars, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Ask the right questions.
  • The ability to understand technical services well enough to translate them into compelling customer-facing messages.
  • Draw a clear line from marketing activities to top-of-the-funnel metrics and business outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
