They are looking for a Head of Growth who is not just another enterprise sales leader but a dynamic, intellectually curious challenger. Someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves, deeply analyse their sales function, and push their teams to be more ambitious, proactive, and results-driven.

Role Overview

They need a growth-minded, high-energy sales driver who thrives on building and motivating sales teams, fostering a culture of winning, and ensuring our teams are maximising every opportunity to sell. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing what’s working and what’s not across multiple business units in UK, Germany and Spain, refining high-impact sales strategies, and embedding them across the business units. If you love challenging teams, inspiring action, and accelerating sales performance, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Team Performance: Instil a culture of accountability, motivation, and resilience across our sales teams.

  • Nail the process: Adapt, refine, innovate and align the funnel and sales processes across business units to enable best practice sharing and sales problem-solving.

  • Inspire & Challenge the Team: Push our sales professionals to achieve more, think bigger, and sell smarter.

  • Experiment & Innovate: Test new sales approaches, refine pitches, and explore fresh prospecting techniques.

  • Lead from the Front: Get involved in sales calls, provide hands-on coaching, and demonstrate what great looks like.

  • Build a High-Performance Sales Culture: Implement best practices in training, motivation, and team development.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, RevOps, and product teams to align efforts and optimize lead conversion.

  • Adapt & Scale: Implement sales strategies that can be applied across multiple European markets and teams.

    What They’re Looking For

  • A high-energy leader who can inspire and challenge sales teams to perform at their best.

  • Proven experience driving sales success in B2B SaaS or SME-focused sales environments.

  • A hands-on, front-line leader who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

  • Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales teams into top performers.

  • Comfortable working with modern sales tools and outbound prospecting strategies.

    What You’ll Receive:

In addition, your package includes; •Pension - 5% company contribution, 3 % personal contribution • Private Healthcare via BUPA • Income Protection • A holiday allowance of 30 days', plus bank holidays per annum • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Employee referral scheme • Electric car scheme • Cycle to work scheme • Enhanced Maternity/Paternity Pay

    Why This Client:

  • Opportunity to ignite and scale a sales function across Europe.

  • Be part of a Private Equity-backed, fast-growing, innovative company solving real operational challenges for SMEs.

  • Work in a collaborative and dynamic environment with a team that values ambition, execution, and results.

  • Competitive salary, performance incentives, and a culture that rewards drive and impact.

If you’re a high-energy, hands-on sales leader who knows how to inspire and push teams to greatness, we want to hear from you! Apply now and help them build the future of sales

Why Cyber Security Careers in the UK Are Becoming More Multidisciplinary

Cyber security used to be viewed primarily as a technical discipline: firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection, penetration testing. In the UK today, it’s far broader. Organisations now face complex legal frameworks, ethical dilemmas, human-behaviour risks, communication challenges & usability hurdles. This shift means cyber security careers are becoming more multidisciplinary. From protecting NHS patient records to defending financial services, securing supply chains & safeguarding national infrastructure, cyber security now touches every sector. Employers increasingly want professionals who understand law, ethics, psychology, linguistics & design alongside traditional technical skills. In this article, we’ll explore why UK cyber security careers are expanding in this way, how these five disciplines shape the profession, and what job-seekers & employers need to know to thrive in this new landscape.
