Are you a proven cybersecurity sales leader with experience driving government sector growth across EMEA? Join a high-growth, market-disrupting cybersecurity vendor backed by Series E funding ($250M+) and play a pivotal role in building and scaling the Government Sales team across the region.


The Role:

As Head of Government Sales, EMEA, you will be responsible for leading, growing, and developing the government sales strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Initially, you’ll take a hands-on approach, working directly with customers to win and close strategic deals while building a high-performing sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the EMEA government sales strategy, ensuring strong market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Win and close key deals with government agencies, working hands-on with customers while the team scales.
  • Build, lead, and grow a high-performing government sales team across EMEA.
  • Establish and expand relationships with government decision-makers, procurement teams, and strategic partners.
  • Navigate complex public sector procurement processes and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to align sales strategies with customer needs.
  • Drive pipeline development, forecasting, and reporting to ensure sustainable revenue growth.


Required Experience:

  • Proven success in cybersecurity sales to government agencies across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Strong leadership experience, with the ability to scale and manage a sales team.
  • A hands-on, deal-closing mentality—ready to engage directly with customers and drive immediate wins.
  • Deep understanding of public sector procurement frameworks and compliance in EMEA.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
