My client is a leader in Cybersecurity research and training – their solutions serve over 30,000 security professionals globally. With offices across 4 continents, they have grown by 30% in the last 24 months alone.
They are looking for a Social Media Manager to represent their EMEA and APAC regions, lead on the overall social strategy, develop engaging content, manage communities and analyse content success.
The role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and cultural nuances.
Responsibilities:
· Support the current social media strategy, by creating, testing and monitoring new/current content and its performance
· Analyse the long-term needs of their social media strategy, and collaborate to devise solutions to improve future campaign results
· Create, test and monitor social media content on global channels to support marketing promotions, increase awareness of their offering, and grow their follower base
· Work with the wider teams to develop engaging social media content
· Develop and create summary reports and dashboards to report back on the social and content success
· Coordinate with international teams to ensure cohesive global messaging while addressing regional preferences and cultural nuance
· Manage social media advertising budgets to maximise reach and engagement, ensuring a high return on investment
· Foster strong relationships with key influencers and stakeholders in the Cyber Security industry to amplify SANS’s social media presence
Requirements:
· 4-5 years’ demonstrable experience in organic social media marketing and content development
· Aptitude for customer care, corporate communications, collaboration and community building
· Proven experience in developing and executing communications strategies and messaging across all key channels: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X & YouTube
· Ability to translate social data and insights into actionable strategies
· Pro-active, forward-thinking team player
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
