Fire and Security Engineer
Covering site across the UK commutable from Worcester, Dudley, Stourbridge Kidderminster, and Swindon
£36,000 - £40,000 +Mon to Fri + 1 in 4 On-Call Rota OTE (£1500) + Overtime + Pension + Company Van
Exciting opportunity for a Fire & Security Engineer to join a growing company recognised for its high-quality products and expert services in installations and maintenance across various sites.
This role offers long-term stability, excellent work-life balance, and the chance to significantly boost earnings through overtime. With a national patch and only occasional overnight stays, you'll have the flexibility to manage your workload effectively. The company also provides access to industry-specific courses and opportunities for progression.
As a Fire & Security Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, servicing, and upgrading security systems, as well as handling remote resets. You'll be working across multiple locations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

The Role:

  • Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire and security systems
  • 1 in 4 on-call rotas with standby payment of £15 per night
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x and 2x on Sundays

The Person:

  • Hands-on experience in installing, servicing, or maintaining fire and security systems (CCTV, Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, Life Safety Systems)
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Full UK driving license required
