We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Security Architect to join our team. This role is critical in helping our customers navigate complex security landscapes, focusing on the big picture and aligning security strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Analysis

  • Track record in proposing solutions to address macro issues and pressures within different Public Sector environments
  • Conduct current state analysis of Public Sector security infrastructures
  • Develop future state visions tailored to each client's needs and goals
  • Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Create strategic client roadmaps for security enhancement
  • Knowledge of organisational hierarchy and reporting lines in to facilitate stakeholder alignment across Public Sector organisations

C-Level Engagement

  • Have existing relationships with UK Public Sector decision makers, including CIO, CISO, CDIO and CTO
  • Meet with C-level representatives at existing accounts and prospects
  • Become a strategic partner who can advise and influence C-level representatives

Team Enablement

  • Participate in weekly regional/area team meetings
  • Mentor account teams on best practices for working with C-level executives within the Public Sector
  • Develop scalable best practices for effective C-level interactions
  • Collaborate with the enablement team to implement best practices across the geography

Market Positioning

  • Provide input to marketing team to ensure relevance of materials for Public Sector C-level audiences
  • Participate as an attendee/speaker at virtual and in-person company marketing events and external security conferences
  • Create content for marketing efforts (blogs, webinars, etc.)
  • Review proposals and guide account teams to ensure alignment with customer expectations
  • Develop value propositions which feed into Public Sector initiatives and directives
  • Review RFI/RFP responses as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience of working within Public Sector environments including Central & Regional Government, Public Health, and Blue Light organisations.
  • Have existing relationships with UK Public Sector decision makers, including CIO, CISO, CDIO and CTO
  • Experience of working within strategic frameworks and standards specific to the Public Sector
  • Extensive experience in enterprise security architecture
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging security technologies and methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic security roadmaps
  • Ability to balance technical expertise with business acumen
  • Experience in mentoring and enabling sales teams
