Join a lovely, supportive team helping neurodivergent people move into or progress in work. Based in the office with some outreach across Barnsley, you’ll meet around 5 clients per day, mainly face-to-face.

Support includes CV writing, job search, confidence building, and sometimes walking into town to hand out CVs. Some clients may already be in work and need help progressing. All clients are neurodivergent (e.g. autism, ADHD, Tourette’s) and do not need a formal diagnosis. The approach is flexible, inclusive, and person-centred.

Build and maintain referral links (JCP, social prescribers)
