Job Overview: Hiring Hub is working with EDS Brands Ltd, a leading B2B events company specialising in technology and cybersecurity conferences, to recruit a motivated Delegate Sales Manager. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology sales, eager to develop their career in B2B event sales, and thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience selling delegate places to high-profile, senior decision-makers in the tech industry while working alongside a collaborative sales team. Training and mentorship will be provided to support your growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify potential event attendees through assigned leads.
Proactively build and manage a robust sales pipeline via phone, email, and digital outreach.
Communicate clearly and persuasively to generate interest and convey the value of attending premier technology and cybersecurity conferences.
Learn and implement proven B2B sales techniques to convert prospects into confirmed registrations.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks including CRM data entry and meeting coordination.
Contribute positively to a dynamic, target-driven team environment.Candidate Requirements:
Strong desire to learn and a willingness to be mentored in B2B sales, ideally with some exposure to technology or event sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on building rapport and trust.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and eager to learn new sales tools and CRM systems.
Passionate about technology and interested in cybersecurity (knowledge of the sector is a plus).
