Cyber Security Analyst
Northampton (Hybrid after probation) | Up to £50,000 + Benefits

Join a growing IT services provider delivering infrastructure, managed services, and security solutions to a wide client base. In this role, you’ll work within the post-sales security team to ensure customer environments remain secure, resilient, and compliant. You’ll provide incident response, conduct assessments, and design, deploy, and manage security systems across on-prem and cloud environments. Alongside monitoring alerts, running vulnerability scans, and supporting compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, CE+), you’ll consult with customers, collaborate with third-party partners, and help embed security best practice into managed service onboarding and ongoing operations. This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated analyst looking to broaden their exposure and contribute to a fast-evolving security portfolio.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a cyber security or SOC analyst role

  • Broad exposure to securing systems, services, devices, and corporate IT environments

  • Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 desirable

  • Security certifications (Security+, CySA+, CCSP, SSCP, CISA, etc.) advantageous

  • Experience in a managed services environment beneficial

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident response skills

  • Ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners

  • Proactive, ambitious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
