Job Title: Cyber / Project Coordinator
Location: Welwyn Garden City, 3 days Onsite per week
Remuneration: Up to £450 per day
Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract (6 months, Full Time)

Responsibilities:

Coordination & Communication

Arrange and manage meetings for stakeholders at all levels, ensuring smooth communication flow.
Schedule and coordinate monthly Initial Screening Calls, including preparation of call packs.
Organise attendance for weekly Lead Partner and Wider Security Partner briefings, keeping agendas updated.
Manage communication requests in the Cyber Connect mailbox, adhering to a 24-hour response SLA.
Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, attending team huddles and sharing relevant guides and resources.

Process & Change Management

Be the first point of escalation for Cyber Connect initiatives, owning key stakeholder relationships.
Collect feedback to enhance processes and communication, maintaining and updating documentation and templates.
Track initiatives for timely completion and accountability, ensuring the right tasks are executed by the right people at the right time.
Schedule and facilitate meetings, capturing attendance, agenda points, and outcomes effectively.

Operational Oversight & Documentation Management

Keep the Cyber Connect tracker updated with progress and operational issues.
Manage documentation storage, owning SharePoint structures and ensuring accessibility of information.
Capture and document success stories and milestones, acting as a touchpoint for initiative owners.

Skills & Experience:

Strong organisational and coordination skills to keep everything on track.
Exceptional at building relationships and ready to lend a helping hand.
Proficient in Microsoft O365 suite, particularly Outlook, SharePoint, and Lists.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities that shine through.
Experience in process management and change coordination, ensuring seamless transitions.
Ability to track multiple initiatives and ensure timely execution with a detail-oriented mindset.
Proactive approach to problem-solving, ready to tackle challenges head-on!
