This role is a 12-month FTC.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage & Enhance Electronic Systems: Lead the management and continuous improvement of our electronic quality and safety management systems. You'll be responsible for ensuring these systems are effectively implemented across the organisation, while also providing training to staff to ensure seamless integration.

Quality-Based Training Delivery: Take charge of delivering engaging and informative quality-based training sessions, helping business units fully understand and meet their operational needs.

*

Document Management & Change Control: Assist in the smooth implementation of document management systems, supporting change management processes and ensuring the company is always up-to-date with best practices and compliance standards.

*

Audit Coordination & Oversight: Provide crucial support for internal audits, including managing audit plans, ensuring timely completion, and overseeing the close-out of any action items. Your efforts will ensure that our business units are always audit-ready.

Management Review Preparation: Prepare detailed reports and analysis for management review meetings, providing insights related to ISO standards, data compliance, and overall performance. Your role will be pivotal in keeping senior leadership informed.

Data & Compliance Reporting: Take responsibility for compiling and preparing statistics on ISO compliance, ensuring that data aligns with both business requirements and regulatory standards.

*

Archive & Storage Management: Assist in the development and management of the company's archiving and storage procedures, ensuring that key records and documents are safely stored and easily accessible when needed.

*

Business Continuity: Play a key role in the preparation and maintenance of our Business Continuity documentation, ensuring the company is prepared for any unforeseen events or emergencies.

Internal Communications Support: Support senior management with the preparation of internal memos, safety and security circulars, ensuring employees are kept up to date with the latest procedures and policies.

*

Risk Assessments & Incident Investigations: Assist in conducting OHSE and Information Security risk assessments. You’ll also support investigations into accidents and incidents, helping ensure that appropriate follow-up actions are taken to prevent future occurrences.

Essential:

*

Experience in administration/compliance/quality assurance roles.

*

Strong Organisational Skills: You’ll need to juggle multiple tasks and priorities, all while staying on top of deadlines and targets.

*

Proven Ability to Meet Deadlines: You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and target-driven goals.

*

Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Your extensive experience with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) will be key to managing reports, training materials, and compliance documents.

Desirable:

Experience with ISO Standards and business continuity management.

*

Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving challenges.
