The role You will be working collaboratively with ateam of Cloud Security Engineers and oversee operations whilstremaining hands-on. There will be a DevOps element to this positionto adapt existing tools for Cloud systems. You will be supporting avariety of teams in automating and streamlining processes in theCloud. Key responsibilities 1. Fostering a DevOps culture withinthe bank and providing assistance on implementing DevOps strategiesto different areas of the company. 2. Ensuring the bank's Cloudinfrastructure and environments are built, secured, and maintainedregularly with active monitoring of cloud environments. 3. Givingrecommendations regarding the technology stack and architecture. 4.Participating in design and development meetings to ensureinfrastructure required is identified and actioned for newprojects. 5. Implementing security controls to help theorganization protect customer data alongside provisioning,maintaining, and monitoring of infrastructure assets on-premise inglobal data centers and the Azure public cloud. 6. Being a highlytechnical individual across multiple technologies within the Cloudenvironment, partnered with the ability to liaise with differentteams across multiple offices. Therefore, communication skills atall levels are a must. Skills and experience 1. Experience withbuilding AWS Cloud infrastructure is a must alongside experiencewith technologies like Azure Cloud, Active Directory, and Azure AD.2. DevOps background with experience in Site ReliabilityEngineering. 3. Solid coding experience with C#, .NET, andPowerShell. Any additional languages are a plus. 4. Cloud Formationexperience with Terraform, Ansible, Gradle, and Jenkins. 5. Strongexperience in infrastructure, networking, securitystandards/practices, automation, and virtualization technologies.6.
