Chartered Surveyor - Property Management

A highly respected organisation is seeking an experienced Chartered Surveyor to take a key role in managing a significant commercial property portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified property professional to apply their expertise in a well-structured team, with clear progression and support.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial assets, working closely with senior leadership, external partners, tenants, and legal professionals to ensure properties are performing, compliant, and aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactive management of a varied commercial property portfolio
Lead on lease events such as rent reviews, lease renewals, and disposals
Identify asset enhancement opportunities and support business case development
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including legal and agency contacts
Monitor and report on income and expenditure, supporting commercial income targets
Prepare detailed reports for management and committee review
Ensure Health & Safety and compliance procedures are met across the portfolio
What We’re Looking For:
Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), ideally a Registered Valuer or eligible without further assessment
Strong commercial property experience including negotiation of leases, acquisitions, and disposals
Experience of managing a portfolio and producing strategic property reports
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative, proactive approach and confidence in decision making
Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
Familiarity with property management systems or development software
Experience producing property option appraisals
Knowledge of investment, development, and asset management principles
