Fast paced café/ restaurant are seeking a Catering Manager to deliver excellent food , service and a great experience for all their customers
Key requirements for the role -
You will have strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a varied team in within a busy restaurant/ cafe.
Be sales driven ,achieving company targets & budgets, and ensuring all legal compliance is achieved, and company guidelines are followed
The ideal candidate must be experienced in kitchen and front-of-house management,
You will have an understanding of an EPOS till system .
You will have strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a vared team.
Be sales driven ,achieving company targets & budgets, and ensuring all legal compliance is achieved, and company guidelines are followed
You will have excellent of cooking skills & food presentation,
Ensuring appropriate menu offering at all times, with a high level of presentation within a hygienic and safe environment.
An understanding of managing waste and budgets with good margin control and budgeting
You will have a passion for customer service in a restaurant environment as well as business management skills.
