Wavestone UK are seeking to hire aBusiness AdvisoryWealth and Asset Management Associate Partner.

Your role as anAssociate Partnerwith extensive experience working in theWealth and Asset Managementfield means being a key player tolead and drive the development of the Financial Services practice in terms of:

  1. Deep Industry Expertise and Experience: Proven deep expertise in the wealth and asset management sector, including knowledge of key industry players, products, processes, and systems.
  2. Business Development: Play a key sales role, driving complex business proposals and contributing significantly to account development.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level key clients in the investment and technology sector.
  4. Engagement Leadership: Oversee our most complex client projects to deliver maximum value for the client.

To be considered for this role:

  1. Solid foundations inconsulting skills with significant experiencein external client-facing consulting or equivalent roles within thewealth and asset management sector.
  2. Proven track record ofselling consulting services(account planning, pitching to clients, proposals, value proposition development).
  3. Solid network of contacts withinFinancial Services.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization,experience in managing and leading teams, developing and coaching the wider consulting team.
  5. Provenbackground leading Transformation Programmes and strong acumen enhancing advisory credibility.

25 days annual leave.

Travel and Location

Employees are not required to work in a Wavestone office on a full-time basis but are required to commute to the office/client site, whenever necessary. Wavestone UK office is in the heart of the city of London.

Note:Mandatory 2-3 days per week in Wavestone office/client site during probation.
