Are you an experienced Assembly Operative with a background in manufacturing?
Assembly Operative
Location: Broadstairs
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Overtime available)
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Our client, a reputable manufacturing company based in Thanet, is seeking a dedicated Assembly Operative to join their team on an ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities for the role of Assembly Operative:

  • You will be working in the warehouse, helping to manufacture products
  • Follow all Health and Safety policies to ensure a safe working environment
  • Assemble and wrap products according to specifications
  • Assist in the paint preparation department as needed
  • Adhere to company procedures consistently
  • Ensure all manufactured products meet the required customer specifications
  • Work effectively within a team and communicate any quality concerns to the team leader or supervisor
    Person Specification:
  • Ideally have experience working in an Assembly position or similar environment
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Able to commit to full time work starting immediately
