To maintain and enhance the strong relationships withour esteemed blue-chip clients, focusing on the maintenance andservicing of their CCTV and Access Control systems. Occasionally,the role may involve installation and commissioning tasks. Thisposition requires regular site visits, emphasizing acustomer-centric approach at all times. The selected candidate mustwork collaboratively with team members and interact with clientsand other trades in a professional and tactful manner, therebypositively representing the Company. The Security Engineer willreport directly to the Local Service Supervisor and will workclosely with the Customer Service Manager. The ideal candidate willbe eager to enhance their skills, undergo training on both new andexisting Enterprise solutions, and pursue career development.As aSenior Engineer, the responsibilities will include learning andaddressing more complex systems and faults, providing technicalguidance, and mentoring less experienced engineers. MainResponsibilities:• Managing all relevant documentation • Ensuringcustomer expectations are consistently met• Managing workloadeffectively • Quality Management • Achieving company KPIs forattendance in line with client SLAs • Collaboration and teamwork •Problem-solving • Delivering exceptional customer service •Understanding and adhering to Vindex Systems' guidelines andstandards of work • Maintaining a professional appearance anddemeanour at all times, in line with client and companyexpectations, to foster the Company's positive image • Leading byexample by adhering to all company rules and regulations, complyingwith site regulations, and safeguarding Company assets • Ensuringtimely completion of all required Company documentation, includingTime Sheets, Expense Claims, and Site Reports, in accordance withestablished guidelines • Observing and following company health andsafety protocols to contribute to a safe working environment.Qualifications: Experience: A minimum of five years' experience ina similar role. Qualifications in CCure and Genetec are preferred,though not essential. Candidates demonstrating a strong aptitudefor learning and experience with similar Enterprise solutions willbe considered for investment in training.
