Are you seeking a part-time, flexible role that allows you to schedule hours around your commitments? 

We are currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our finance team. In this pivotal role, you will support the Assistant Management Accountant by entering and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions within the company. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in this field, a strong understanding of Excel, and preferably some experience with Sage 200.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Cashflow
  • Post bank payments to Sage
  • Bank and control account
  • Reconciliations
  • Assisting the Purchase Ledger Clerk
  • Creditors allocation
  • Payment run and liaising with suppliers
  • Raising sales invoices and dealing with any queries
  • Staff expenses
  • Assisting in month end
  • Ad hoc duties 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ideally experience with Sage 200
  • Strong Excel skills
