We are Midlands-based IT specialists that provide professional IT support to clients across the UK, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Location: Derby

Contract: Part time 22.5 hours until January 2026 with potential of being made permanent

Salary: Dependant on experience  

Are you seeking a part-time, flexible role that allows you to schedule hours around your commitments? 

We are currently looking for an Accounts Admin Assistant to join our team as maternity cover until January 2026, with the potential for the role to become permanent depending on business needs.

In this pivotal role, you will support the Assistant Management Accountant by entering and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions within the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in this field, a strong understanding of Excel, and preferably some experience with Sage 200.

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Cashflow
  • Post bank payments to Sage
  • Bank and control account reconciliations
  • Assisting the Purchase Ledger Clerk
  • Creditors allocation
  • Payment run and liaising with suppliers
  • Raising sales invoices and dealing with any queries
  • Staff expenses
  • Assisting in month end
  • Ad hoc duties 

Qualifications and Skills 

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ideally experience with Sage 200
  • Strong Excel skills
