Role Overview:I am seeking an experienced and dedicated Client Account Manager with a background in IT Managed Services for my client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maximising existing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and retaining business without any new business development targets. This role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to client management, and a strong understanding of IT MSP operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries, concerns, and requests. Develop and execute account strategies to maximise client engagement and revenue. Regularly review and assess client IT needs, providing solutions and recommendations to address any gaps. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any issues promptly. Prepare and present regular reports on account status, performance metrics, and client feedback. Conduct periodic account reviews and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to offer clients the most relevant and effective solutions. Ensure all client interactions and transactions are documented accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Client Account Manager or similar role within an IT Managed Service Provider. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite. A proactive and client-focused approach to account management. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
