As part of their Technology Sales team, this role provides the unique opportunity to drive growth within the Professional Services market, working with both new and established clients across diverse industries. With access to a variety of public and private sector enterprises, you’ll develop and expand relationships while identifying and capitalizing on fresh opportunities. Technology Services is a key driver of their global growth, especially in the UK, and you’ll have the full support of their technical teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Your new role
You will be driving sales: winning professional services contracts ranging from £1M to £10M and ensuring consistent success in meeting/exceeding sales target. You will be required to understand client needs, adapt quickly, and create innovative, win-win solutions. Build trust and confidence with senior management and stakeholders and to take full responsibility for sales and opportunity pursuits from initiation to close, while negotiating and delivering results.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have proven success in winning professional services contracts opportunities (up to £10M contract value) and delivering on sales targets in the area of digital transformation and resource augmentation. Experience of managing large and complex teams, motivating them to achieve successful outcomes, and adapting to stakeholder needs.
Additionally, you will have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple aspects of opportunities simultaneously, adapting to client changes while identifying new business prospects coupled with commercial awareness and experience working in a multinational environment, focusing on delivering positive business outcomes that meet client requirements.
