As the 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for documenting incidents and service requests, resolving support issues, and ensuring that service levels and targets are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction and consistent service delivery standards.Essential Requirements of the 2nd Line IT Support Engineer:3+ years in an IT support role with robust 2nd line support capabilities, including diagnosing and resolving issues on both Microsoft and Mac operating systems.Proficient in Microsoft Server operating systems and associated technologies such as Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Office 365, and Active Directory, including implementation and administration of AD, GPO, and RDS.Experience with Virtualisation technologies (VMware)Knowledgeable about cloud services, including Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDriveExperience with Intune and implementing IT solutions, along with basic networking knowledge and an understanding of switches, firewalls, TCP/IP, and routing.Excellent communication abilities with exceptional VIP support capabilities.To discuss this exciting opportunity in more detail, please APPLY NOW.
