Are you a passionate and experienced SEND teacher with QTS, looking to make a real difference on a one-to-one basis?

We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEND Teacher to support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including SEMH, autism, physical disabilities, and other complex profiles. This role is ideal for an educator who thrives in a flexible, independent teaching environment and is committed to delivering tailored, high-quality education outside the traditional classroom setting.

The Role:

  • Deliver individualised, high-quality education to children not currently attending school.
  • Plan and implement engaging, needs-led lessons tailored to each pupil's EHCP and learning goals.
  • Work autonomously in settings such as the child's home or other appropriate quiet spaces.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and families to support educational re-engagement and progress.

    Essential Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with a range of SEND, particularly SEMH, autism, and physical or medical needs.
  • Able to plan, deliver, and assess lessons independently.
  • Comfortable working one-to-one in a variety of non-school environments.
  • Excellent communication, safeguarding awareness, and record-keeping skills.
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).

    Location: Dudley - travel required to pupil locations
    Hours: Flexible (school hours, term-time ONLY)
