AsRisk and Compliance Lead, you will be responsible forbusiness development, leadership, and client delivery. You willdrive strategic growth, win new business, and lead high-impact engagementswith top-tier clients. If you have astrong background in risk and cybersecurity consulting, aproven track record in selling security services, and a passion forbuilding something new, we want to hear from you! 

Your Role 

Grow and Lead the Practice 

• Establish and expand ourRisk & Complianceconsulting capability from the ground up. 

• Shapestrategic direction, service offerings, and thought leadershipin the field. 

• Ensureexcellence in deliveryfor major clients across industries. 

Business Development & Client Leadership 

• Win new clientsand drive business development initiatives, particularly in cybersecurity. 

• Develop and pitch compelling proposalsthat secure consulting engagements. 

• Cultivate and maintainstrong client relationshipsat the executive level. 

️ Risk, Compliance & Cybersecurity Expertise 

• Provideexpert advisoryoncyber strategy, security risk management, compliance frameworks (ISO27001, SOC2, NIS2), and risk governance. 

• Guide clients in navigatingtechnology-driven risk and compliance challenges. 

• Stay ahead ofregulatory changes, industry trends, and evolving threats. 

Team Leadership & Development 

• Build, mentor, and lead ahigh-performing consulting team. 

• Foster acollaborative and innovativework environment. 

• Develop and scaleinternal capabilitiesto support growth. 

What We’re Looking For 

✅10+ years of experiencein risk and compliance consulting, cybersecurity, or technology risk management. 
✅ Proventrack record in business development, securing and delivering high-value consulting engagements. 
✅ Expertise incybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards(ISO27001, NIS2, SOC2, etc.). 
✅ Strong leadership, stakeholder management, andstrategic advisoryskills. 
✅ Experience building consulting teams anddriving growth initiatives. 
✅ Certifications such asCISSP, CISA, CISM, and CRISCare a plus. 
✅ UK market experience is highly preferred.
