As a Technical Service Delivery Leader, you will oversee a team of technical experts across Azure, Wintel, DBA, and Networks, managing a large-scale IT environment. Youll work closely with our clients to ensure consistent, high-quality support, while driving innovation, service improvement, and effective team performance.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of SMEs providing 24x7 IT infrastructure support.Collaborate with client stakeholders to manage IT resources and control Cloud consumption costs.Oversee cybersecurity practices and maintain ISO27001 and CES+ compliance.Ensure team adherence to SLAs and KPIs, focusing on service excellence.Identify and integrate emerging technologies to improve operations.Act as a primary contact for client escalations, ensuring timely issue resolution.Prepare and deliver service performance reports to senior management.SkillsIn-depth knowledge of Azure, Wintel, DBA, and Networking; familiarity with DevOps and automation practices.Proven experience leading technical teams in a service-oriented environment.Strong understanding and practice of ITIL framework.Ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Skilled in analytical and efficient issue resolution.: Competence in managing multiple concurrent projects.QualificationsExtensive experience in a client-facing leadership role in IT service delivery.ITIL v4 Foundation certified with hands-on ITIL and Service Management expertise.Solid knowledge of the Microsoft tech stack, with experience in complex, multi-technology environments.This is a chance to work with an international team, utilising your expertise to make a real impact on service delivery in a dynamic, client-focused environment.If this sounds like the role for you, don't hesitate to applyTPBN1_UKTJ
