Your Career
The goal of the Executive Briefing Center Program is to provide a “differentiated” customer experience that will support Palo Alto Networks sales and marketing efforts as it continues to be the fastest growing IT security company in the market. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Global Executive Briefing Program and is responsible for the management and delivery of world-class presentations and demonstrations delivered to our customers and prospects. It requires flawless execution in managing multiple briefings and consultations, concurrently. Additionally, this individual must possess knowledge of agenda design and development based on the customer’s business needs and strategic sales objectives.
Because this role is highly visible and involves interactions with prospects, customers, partners, investors and vendors, this individual must demonstrate an elevated level of professionalism on a daily basis. The role requires that this individual be knowledgeable and confident when interacting with executives and have the ability to facilitate complex briefings when executives are present. This individual must be able to work well in a small team environment and cross-functionally across the company, have high energy level, a positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to quickly build rapport and trust with internal and external clients. This position requires daily on-site presence.
Your Impact
Lead the design and effective execution of customized briefing agendas Leverage consultative skills to assist sales teams, partners and discussion leaders in aligning objectives with those of customer Make briefing request decisions based on an understanding of the cybersecurity industry and Palo Alto Networks key strategies and product offerings Clearly articulate briefing objectives to executives and discussion leaders - ensuring that resources are utilized effectively and discussion leaders are properly prepared for each customer briefing Coordinate all aspects of briefing activity with internal and external clients - Handle urgent requests and agenda changes with positive attitude and calm demeanor Manage briefing logistics and be willing to provide hands-on support in cooperation with EBC Coordinator Manage EBC inbox for the purpose of qualifying briefings, collaborating with team members and supporting balanced workload distribution efforts Facilitate and cultivate strong relationships with EMEA/LATAM Field Marketing leaders and Sales leaders, acting as the geo lead & strategic business partner for the EMEA/LATAM EBC program (representing London, Amsterdam & Tel Aviv) Lead the reporting of the EMEA/LATAM EBC activity and key metrics Provide consultation and quality assurance for the “EBC on the Road” activities driven by EMEA/LATAM Field Marketing team Manage the upkeep of the EMEA/LATAM speaker list and topics list, proactively identifying content/discussion leader gaps Lead and encourage the other EMEA/LATAM EBC Managers & Coordinators in best practice sharing and geo-specific business updates Partner with EMEA/LATAM field marketing to incorporate geo-led content and marketing campaigns into the EBC centers as appropriate Schedule and distribute the load of Virtual EBCs amongst EMEA/LATAM EBC team Collaborate with the London Places team & IT team to drive successful operations of the London EBC Collaborate with others across the company and work independently to resolve issues and achieve results Follow briefing industry best practices by utilizing systems and processes that increase operational efficiencies Manage customer and partner-related EBC events, including logistics Support customer 1:1 meeting scheduling activities for industry events like Ignite and RSAQualifications
Your Experience
Bachelor’s degree required, MA or MS preferred or equivalent military experience required 7+ years experience working in an executive briefing center for a B2B technology company World Class Briefing Characteristics Training, Facilitation Skills Training Cultural and protocol training Meeting planning experience or certification desirable Experience acting as regional/geo business partner to marketing and sales Foreign language skills, a plus Member, Association of Briefing Program Managers, a plusAdditional Information
