Senior Security Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Network Security: Demonstrate detailed knowledge of security products, including firewalls, load-balancers, ACLs, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, DHCP, DNS, NAT, IP addressing, Web Application Firewalls, access control, Design and implement network segmentation strategies to isolate sensitive data and systems
- Email Security:Implement and manage email security gateways to protect against phishing, spam, and other email-borne threats.
- Web Security:Expertise in web security products such as Netskope, Secure Web Gateways (SWG), and Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB).
- SASE Technologies: Act as a subject matter expert on SASE technologies and Software-Defined WAN (SD-WAN).
- Cryptographic Technologies: Apply experience in PKI, Post Quantum Cryptography, Certificate Life Cycle Management, IoT, and hardware security.
- Design and Implementation: Take ownership of the design, architecture, and implementation of security solutions.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with IT, product teams, and end users to support infrastructure and network security.
- Communication: Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex issues and findings clearly and effectively.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Engage with our InfoSec Security Operations Centre, Security Analysts, and Product Managers to ensure secure product delivery, safeguarding both colleague and customer data.
- Analytical Skills:Proactively identify and resolve potential security risks with an analytical mindset.
- Agile Mindset and Information Security Knowledge:Deliver backlog items, provide updates, and provide technical advice to the team, cloud architectures, and system administration, with familiarity in security principles and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Qualifications:
- Hold or be working towards higher-level qualifications in Information Security (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CCNA/CCNP).
- Experience:Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong track record in network and information security.
