Job Description
As our Senior Manager of Enterprise Security Architecture, you will be a global leader who shapes Sage's security strategy and roadmap. This role focuses on driving improvements in security processes, culture, and technology while fostering innovation. Key responsibilities include identifying gaps, designing business cases, and implementing solutions to enhance security, simplify operations, and drive efficiency. You'll lead the creation of enterprise security architecture and DevSecOps practices, influence senior technology leaders, set global security standards, design solution patterns, and identify emerging technology solutions and partners to meet future needs.
This will be a hybrid position in our London office (3-days on-site).
Key Responsibilities
As a leader in security architecture, you'll provide vision and direction for the security architecture roadmap, designing and embedding a DevSecOps approach across Sage. You'll drive process, cultural, and technology changes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality while simplifying delivery and embedding automation. A key part of the role involves documenting and maintaining a comprehensive service catalog for the security team, contributing to the overall evolution of the security function.
You'll collaborate with other technology architecture teams to influence improvements in infrastructure, data, and software architecture related to cyber security. Additionally, you'll develop, publish, and embed security standards and design patterns across Sage, keeping security practices up-to-date by monitoring changes in the threat landscape. You'll assess Sage's products and systems to identify security weaknesses and create improvement plans as needed. Lastly, you'll be responsible for evaluating and selecting new solutions and partners to enhance Sage's security capabilities.
