What You'll Bring:

Day to Day You’ll Be: ​

Enable profitable revenue growth through consistently great product performance, and the delivery of innovative solutions that drive incremental value for customers and for consumers Contribute to the development of business strategy, gathering and leveraging market, customer, competitive and data driven insights Create, articulate and evangelise product vision Translate business strategy and product vision into product strategy Create and own the product roadmap, and execute against the product strategy Develop business cases to support prioritisation of product and proposition delivery, ensuring product and proposition enhancements drive economic value Collaboration with finance to define pricing strategy Create, maintain and track against product level revenue and cost forecasts – own the business case Drive delivery of new product and propositions through collaboration with matrix business partners Own go to market launch planning and go to market execution Proactively monitor adoption, growth, product performance, quality, profitability for in life solutions, course correcting product strategy and roadmap as required Support matrix partners and clients during technical and business impacting incidents Identify, qualify and quantify risks, develop appropriate mitigation plans and operate effective controls where required Work with product marketing to ensure clear articulation of value propositions and key competitive differentiators in market messages Provide insight to stakeholders on market developments, constructing options for strategic response to emerging market needs and alternative futures Represent and promote relevant product lines at internal and external events Own relationships with third party partners – commercially, contractually and operationally Ensure products and product change aligns to Product Development Lifecycle and relevant policies and standards to assure product quality and positive outcomes for consumers

Impact You'll Make:

Essential Skills & Experience:

Professional experience of Fraud and Identity solutions Strong intellect, capable of analytical and strategic thinking and complex problem solving to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions for product development and improvement Disciplined with strong planning and organisation skills and the ability balance multiple conflicting priorities Adaptability and resilience to navigate ambiguity, pivot when necessary, and continuously iterate on product strategies based on feedback and market dynamics. Highly articulate with effective verbal and written communication skills to influence a range of senior internal and external stakeholders Credible, authoritative and able lead the development and execution of strategy Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams, facilitate decision-making, and resolve conflicts effectively. Proven track record of successful product launches and driving profitable product growth Commercially astute with track record of delivery based on forecasting and budget requirements Knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to anticipate market shifts and innovate product offerings accordingly Understanding of key technology concepts: web services, database, advanced analytics, cloud computing, cybersecurity Experience in agile methodologies and project management tools to drive product development cycles and meet deadlines, including collaboration with engineering teams Experience of operating within a regulated business, particularly in the context of the management of consumer personal data Operates with a consumer and customer centric mindset
