Job Description
Your Career
In this role within the Prisma Cloud EMEAL Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating the EMEAL campaign strategy and plan, orchestrating with the global and EMEAL teams, identifying the marketing mix, leading the development of all the campaigns components, and supporting programs that will generate pipeline to capture, nurture and close new business and expand opportunities within existing accounts.
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven, flexible and creative tech industry demand-gen professional who possesses diverse marketing knowledge and experience. Excellent collaboration, communication and organization skills are required to successfully manage programs from end-to-end. B2B, cloud, security, and services campaign experience a bonus.
Your Impact
Define the marketing campaign and program mix, content plan, EMEAL campaign calendar, and required resources to execute campaigns Build and execute campaigns, programs, events and activities based on plan - Develop content to fill gaps, purchase/plan/execute webinars, emails, nurture, web, chat, etc. from concept to creative to execution Coordinate with Global Marketing and Field Marketing in EMEAL to deliver on an integrated demand plan that includes both EMEAL broad and locally executed programs to new and existing customers Main point of contact and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders in marketing campaign cycle planning, business planning, marketing operations, creative development, launch management, data analytics, and other shared services for campaigns, programs and projects Work directly with sales enablement, product marketing, content marketing, channel, and field marketing to ensure campaign tactics are supporting or exceeding goals Continually track and report on campaign and program metrics, conduct ROI analysis to determine the effectiveness of all marketing activities and optimize campaign efforts accordingly Collaborate with the product and content marketing organizations to develop campaign themes that support the product messaging to reach the audience segments your campaign/program is targeting Iterate and refine messages for specific audiences and based on results - Work with the creative services team or outside agencies to develop campaign concepts, messaging, and campaign deliverables for the campaign and supporting programs Incorporate a holistic view of digital programs including display, SEO, SEM, organic social, syndication, nurtures, editorial and creation of inbound web experiences Collaborate with data and operations teams to monitor results and mix-shift campaign execution, from messaging to audience targeting, based on progress against goals Coordinate with the corporate communications and social marketing teams to time campaigns appropriately for effective go to market launches Outstanding verbal + written communication skills and ability to present and discuss with senior audiences - Regularly update key stakeholders on campaign plans, program deliverables, activities and schedulesQualifications
Your Experience
10+ years of demand gen campaign experience and/or marketing program, event and project management experience with ability to travel internationally High energy self-starter, proactive, entrepreneurial drive, with a can-do attitude, and ability to learn quickly and work in a hyper-growth environment, while setting strategy, tactics and getting down in the weeds, hands-on, to get the job done Experience building and executing integrated marketing campaigns, programs, events and activities for a B2B technology company - Cloud Security, DevSecOps, application security, networking, endpoint, or enterprise infrastructure a HUGE plus Candidates must have a successful track record of end to end execution of campaigns, programs, projects, events and activities with cross-functional virtual teams Strong campaign, program, project and event management expertise, problem-solving, analytical, written/verbal communication (framing, storytelling), teamwork, and interpersonal skills with leaders Experience with digital strategy including, ad-tech, webinars, landing pages, nurture and event management (organizing own and third party events) - Including ability to create and activate promotional content – eDMs/DMs, landing pages, ads, social media posts, etc., and provide strategic direction and guidance on the content mix Extensive hands-on experience with marketing automation and program collaboration tools and systems - SFDC, Marketo, Splash, Knak, WorkFront, GSuite, PathFactory, Demandbase, Drift etc. Bachelor degree required - Master’s degree is a plus or equivalent military experience requiredAdditional Information
