We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Account Executive to be a key part of our team's growth. In this role, you'll be office based and play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships, contributing to marketing initiatives, and driving our sales efforts. Are you the right person for the job?
- Experience in a client-facing role within the IT sector, such as account management, sales support, or customer service
- An understanding of IT services and products with the ability to communicate their benefits clearly to clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and proactive approach
- Familiarity with social media management, digital marketing, or other communication tools is beneficial
- Organisational skills with the ability to self-manage multiple tasks efficiently
- A willingness to learn and develop within the role, with a passion for technology and IT solutions
- Account management experience is not essential ,IT experience is preferred
- Must have good people skills
What will your role look like?
Client Support
- Assist in managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their current and future IT needs are met and contributing to high levels of client satisfaction
- Gather and analyse client feedback to identify areas of improvement and work with internal teams to enhance service delivery
- Regularly prepare and present reports on client account status, performance metrics, and recommendations to both clients and senior management
Sales Support
- Support in identifying new client opportunities, generating sales leads, and helping to convert prospects into clients under the guidance of senior team members
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to help develop targeted campaigns and contribute to idea sessions for new service ideas
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients based on their evolving needs
Marketing Communications
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and creating communications such as newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials that help promote our services
- Support the team in analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, preparing reports, and making recommendations for improvements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights that support client retention and business growth
