As Team lead Information Security at the Postcode Lottery Group, you provide direct support to the Finance Director of the Postcode Lottery Group and the Managing Directors of the Nationale Postcode Loterij. Your knowledge and skills in information security, cyber security, data protection (privacy) and IT auditing will support the functionality of our company’s information services. And every day at work, you’ll be doing your part for all the charities we support.
As Team Lead Information Security:
You are able to build excellent relationships with colleagues and stakeholders from our (international) lotteries, including the Information Security Officers, colleagues from Risk Management & Legal and our Group Tech department. You have a clear vision and understands how to give security, data protection and Tech auditing a place within the Postcode Lottery Group. You make an important contribution to the standardisation, monitoring, and optimisation of processes, procedures, and guidelines on these topics in a matrix organisation. You ensure that Postcode Lottery Group is in control in these areas and that it complies with the ISO-standards 27001. You’ll manage information and data protection risks for the Postcode Lottery Group, like harmonizing the ISMS for the group, ensuring the organisation’s compliance requirements are met. You’ll monitor, evaluate and report on the implementation of and compliance with established ISO-policies, procedures, and standards. You’ll manage, coordinate, and promote the group’s information security, cyber security and privacy policies and serve as first point of contact for coordinating security incidents. You’ll provide information and advice to relevant (inside and outside) stakeholders of Postcode Lottery Group, making an active contribution towards knowledge sharing and development as it relates to your area of expertise. You’ll analyse, act and report on generic and specific threats and actively propose and implement mitigating measures.You’d describe yourself as follows:
You have a degree in Business Administration or Computer Science with extensive experience in Security Management and an additional CISO and CISSP qualification. You have demonstrable experience in a similar position with an international commercial organisation with a proven hands on track record in information security, cyber security, data protection (privacy) and IT auditing. You have the ability and skills to share, guide, and action all areas of security, privacy, and IT auditing. You show leadership and ensure that colleagues are supported by your solutions and advice. You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and you possess excellent presentation skills, insight, and analytical ability.This will make you happy:
