Our two-year programme is designed to develop future leaders across a range of disciplines, providing you with the tools, knowledge, and experience to grow. Through departmental rotations, mentoring, and tailored training, you’ll gain insights into our business and develop expertise in your chosen field. More info can be found here -

Engineering: Process, Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation 
Project Management 
People, Brand & Culture: HR, Marketing 
Commercial & Finance: Budgeting, Procurement, Project Control 
IT & Cybersecurity 
HSEQ: Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality 

What You’ll Do 

Year One: Gain hands-on experience in your assigned department, lead a project, and explore cross-functional areas of the business. 
Year Two: Work collaboratively with fellow graduates on a live business challenge and continue building expertise in your specialist area. Along the way, you’ll benefit from:
