Fire and Security Engineer

We're recruiting for an innovative manufacturer of fire and security products, looking for an experienced engineer to transition into a customer account management role. You'll work closely with contractors, helping them design and develop solutions for their projects. Rather than traditional sales, this role focuses on relationship management—working with contractors, advising on system designs, and offering technical support throughout the process.

What you'll be doing:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with fire and security contractors
• Assisting contractors with designs, schematics, and technical specifications
• Supporting customers in planning and delivering successful projects
• Providing consultative technical advice, acting as a trusted partner
• Representing a leading manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality and innovation

About you:

• Currently working as a fire and security engineer, looking to transition into a more consultative role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Technically knowledgeable with a solid understanding of fire and security systems
• A desire to work closely with customers, offering advice and support on designs and solutions

The Package:

• Up to £55,000 basic salary, plus car
• Annual bonus of £10,000
