Opportunity
As our global support functions continue to grow and evolve, we have a need to hire a London based EUC Deployment Analyst. This individual will focus on managing and delivering proactive critical end user activities including scheduled equipment upgrades, equipment joiner and leaver activities, asset lifecycle management to maintain our computers and iPhone assets ensuring they are performing at optimal levels, movements are tracked, replaced on time, and ensuring they are securely disposed or traded in to receive any residual value.
Our work within ICT
We are a key service provider to the business and deliver Internal ICT services to Brunswick colleagues across 27 offices around the world. Our ICT department is made up of several core teams, Service, Infrastructure, Applications and our Programme management office. Working in close collaboration with the ICT Security team, our Security team integrates seamlessly into our processes and security-oriented projects.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for equipment upgrades in the UK, Europe and IMEA regions. Managing the computer builds for all new computers and mobiles. Assisting with equipment activities with Joiner, Mover, and Leaver requests Hardware monitoring using key system monitoring tools to create proactive actions. Asset Management activities on all computer and mobile devices. Secure retirement and Disposal of computer and mobile devices. Assisting with projects relating to end user computing upgrades.Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies
Knowledge of supporting and deploying Windows 11. Experience working with Microsoft Intune. Experience working with Active Directory or Entra ID. Experience in working within JAMF. Previous experience of working within a technical support role Knowledge of hardware monitoring tools Excellent communicator Excellent client service, time management and organisational skills. Flexible self-starter with can-do attitude. Highly collaborative, working comfortably as part of a team.Our Benefits
