Cyber Documentation QA Specialist - UK Remote to £40k Eligibility: Must be able to achieve SC-level security clearance (5 years of UK residency and a UK passport) Are you a detail-oriented writer with a passion for precision, quality, and cybersecurity (or other technical IT experience)? We're looking for a Cyber Security Documentation QA Specialist with exceptional English language skills to ensure our reports and technical documents meet the highest standards of clarity and accuracy. About the Role In this role, you'll work with our cybersecurity team to refine and quality-assure documentation that meets rigorous technical and linguistic standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in English, journalism, or technical writing, who's looking to combine their writing skills with a growing interest in cybersecurity. You'll play a key role in ensuring our client-facing reports are professional, accurate, and ready to meet the fast-paced demands of our business. Key Responsibilities Quality-Assure Documentation : Review and edit technical reports, presentations, and formal documents for clarity, accuracy, and grammatical excellence. Formalise Cybersecurity Insights : Work with technical teams to transform complex cybersecurity content into well-structured, accessible documents. Ensure Consistency & Compliance : Uphold our documentation standards by enforcing consistency in style, terminology, and format. Support Presentation Excellence : Create and polish materials to ensure they are client-ready and aligned with our quality expectations. Skills & Experience We're Looking For Exceptional English Language Skills : A strong command of English grammar, style, and vocabulary, with experience in writing or editing formal reports. Detail-Oriented QA Abilities : A meticulous eye for detail in editing, proofreading, and document quality assurance. Interest in Cybersecurity : A passion for cybersecurity or experience working with technical teams is an advantage, but a strong willingness to learn is essential. Presentation & Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clarify complex concepts. Ideal Background Degree in English or Related Field : Strong academic background in English, technical writing, journalism, or a similar discipline. Formal Writing Experience : Prior experience with technical documentation, formal reporting, or quality assurance in a related field. Eligible for SC Clearance : Able to meet SC security clearance requirements, including UK residency for the past 5 years and holding a UK passport. Why Join Us?
