Skills required for System Software Function AQE Manager:

Degree in Engineering, with ASPICE provisional assessor certification (Competent Assessor preferred)
Extensive experience in Quality Assurance within automotive embedded software
Strong organisational and communication skills, able to work across cultures
Proficiency in FMEA, audit methodologies, and problem-solving techniques
Knowledge of ISO 26262 standards, functional safety, and cybersecurity
The System Software Function AQE Manager will benefit from:
