SYTECH is a leading provider of digital forensics, consultancy, cybersecurity, training, and accreditation support services. As we expand our operations beyond criminal digital forensics for law enforcement, we are seeking a drivenClient Partnerto develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with our clients.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities for the role include:

      • Build and maintain robust relationships with SYTECH’s key account clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
      • Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for clients, liaising effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
      • Design tailored proposals and collaborate on service enhancement initiatives.
      • Partner with the Forensic Case Team Manager and Strategic Management Team to align client needs with company objectives.
      • Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth within existing accounts, driving sales and client satisfaction.
      • Proactively address and resolve client issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
      • Collect, analyse, and report client feedback and account data to inform continuous improvement efforts.
      • Stay informed about industry trends to provide strategic insights and ensure SYTECH remains at the forefront of client expectations.

Qualifications and Experience:

      • Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as account management, business development, or a similar position.
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport and trust.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
      • Ability to analyse and interpret client data to inform decision-making and improve service delivery.
      • Experience in the digital forensics, cybersecurity, or related fields is an advantage but not essential.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.

Additional:

  • Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore own vehicle and business insurance is mandatory.

Salary: £25,000 - £36,000 per annum-depending on your experience, skills, and qualifications, plus the opportunity for growth based on your performance and contributions to the role.
