Job Description

The Elevation programme is designed to help you live and breathe our principles. You’ll discover what it means to think without limits, own it, be relevant and be the next champion of Digital Marketing. This is a unique opportunity to deliver tangible performance for the UK’s biggest multi brand retailer.

What you’ll do

Year 1:

You will gain hands on experience working across the full marketing mix, from campaign media buying, content strategy and social media all the way through to performance marketing and SEO.

The areas you will work across are as follows:

  • Performance marketing
  • CRM & Membership
  • Content & SEO
  • Retail Media
  • Social & Influencer

Alongside your rotations you will also work on a specific project that you will own end to end. This project will be linked to the wider business objectives.

Year 2:

You will take your learnings from year 1 and work in a specific area of the business to further develop your skill set.

Qualifications

  • Ideally a Graduate, with a 2:1. Preferred degrees - Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Science, Economics, Business Studies, Statistics or Maths
  • If you don't have a degree, we're looking for some evidence that you have used digital in a creative way, such as setting up a small business, or maybe a social page that is drawing attention for non-personal purposes (such as a club, society, or personal interest) 
  • Some practical work experience would be great (placement year, part-time job etc.)
  • Valid right to work in the UK

  • Passionate about a career in digital marketing and with a desire for personal development
